Position: Dispatch Lead

As we serve riders who buy direct from our websites, and those who buy through dedicated local bike shops, it's essential that we build strong relationships with each encounter.
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations along with order amendment tasks and interacting with walk-in customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Print, Sort and administer goods out notes and ship labels
- Pick, Pack and Ship customer orders accurately and within our same day deadline parameters. (Use of scanning barcodes to assign locations and picking)
- Change components on bicycle wheels to fulfill customer order requirements.
- Perform quality control processes on inbound and outbound stock.
- Monitor and update stock levels between picking and stock storage areas.
- Regular restocking and labeling of goods(focus on small parts, packing materials/supplies and accessories)
- Unload deliveries from sea containers and shipments.
- Ability to work both independently and also with team members
- Liaising with couriers and also customers in a professional but light hearted manner.
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Oversight of the warehouse facility to keep it safe, tidy and presentable.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service orientated.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in a warehouse role is beneficial but not a necessity.
- Excellent communication skills and must be a people person.
- Must be proficient with basic computer operations(MS Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams)
- Cycling experience is beneficial but not essential.
